For the research of science reward, there are two kinds of paradigms. “The universalism” paradigm of science reward stressed that the scientific community gives the reward based on scientist's contribution, this “achievement --reward” pattern, is one kind of scientific colleague's intrinsic reward. “The constructivism” paradigm of science reward focuses on the social science, considers fully social factor of the science reward, and expands from intrinsic reward that primarily based on the scientific colleague's acknowledgment to exterior social reward. This article discusses these two kinds of paradigms and the transformation of science reward.
