By contrasting the tutor team training mode with the traditional training pattern, the training satisfaction, examination results of post trainee, related adverse events rate and satisfaction of medical personnel were taken as investigation indexes and were evaluated. Results indicated that compared with the traditional training mode, the post trainee and medical personnel's satisfaction was enhanced, and the related adverse events of post trainne were reduced significantly and excellent examination rate was increased significantly (P<0.05). The tutor team training mode has improved not only the post trainee's first aid knowledge, skills and comprehensive ability, but also the tutor's own ability and the whole training consciousness and ability of emergency department were improved. At the same time, it has strengthened the management, reduced the potential risk of emergency clinical nursing.
