Nowadays, running schools by enterprises has already been marginalized in the existing institutional environment in China. Many vocational schools are at the awkward position of ambiguous identities, which has caused the bottle necks in terms of financing, teaching staff construction, and courses setting, etc. According to the foreign experiences, we need to improve the policy environment, clear the legal status of the vocational schoolsfounded and operated by industries and enterprises, establish the incentive mechanism, and integrate various relative resources, so that the goal of improving the vocational education by coordinating relative advantageous resources can be achieved.
