英语语境:
The rising salary of executives has sparked fierce debates as well as academic research. One issue heated discussed is whether the returns on executives'human capital are correlated with the performance of a company. Taking the executives of listed companies from 1999 to 2012 as the research object, a scholar divided the salary of executives into returns on human capital and the premium of human capital through a regression analysis and probed into their correlation with the performance of a company. Constructive responses were offered to the issue at the end of the research.
