Teachers'evaluation is the activities which evaluate the realistic work and potential value of teachers, the aim of which can promote the development of teachers'major and the improvement of teaching efficiency. However, the current teachers'accreditation evaluation model has such disadvantages as all-round evaluating guidance and the goal classification are not in line with educational law and unsystematic evaluating criterion. Therefore, nowadays it is quite necessary to discover a new model in order to arouse the enthusiasm of teachers.
