Productive education is an important part of higher vocational education. Great importance and attention should be attacted to generative education during productive education. In the perspective of generative education, everything is in the process of occurrence and perishment, and both education and people are generative. Therefore, teaching culture which restrains teachers'behaviors and reflects the spiritual disposition of them is also generative. The generation of teaching culture manifests such characteristics as productiveness, circumstantialness, interactiveness and openness.
