汉语语境:

清廷在明代朝贡制度的基础上，对甘肃岷州、庄浪喇嘛制定了朝觐年班制度，在日期、馆舍、赏赐、礼仪等方面，都有比较详细的规定，依例执行。清廷不如明代重视河洮岷州地区的喇嘛朝觐，赏赐也不丰厚，并不强制执行岁贡，随其所愿进京朝觐纳贡。

英语语境:

The Tribute System of the Qing Dynasty was set up on the basis of Ming's. It stipulates clearly for the schedules, accommodations, award granting and rites of annual tribute for Lama of Min State and Zhuanglang in Gansu prefecture. However, unlike the Ming Dynasty, Qing didn't pay enough concern to Lama's Tribute from He State, Tao State and Min State, and the awards granted were much fewer than those in the Ming Dynasty. Meanwhile, the affairs of Sui Gong were not compulsory and could be decided by Lama themselves.
