顶岗实习是教学过程的重要组成部分，是工学结合人才培养模式的有效实施形式，为学生获得良好的工作岗位打下基础。我院应用英语专业在学生顶岗实习过程中，通过谈话法，了解了学生在知识、素质、专业技能、交流沟通能力、适应能力和管理机制上反馈的一些信息，提出改进对策。
英语语境:
Internship is an important part of the teaching process, which effectively combines work with study and builds the foundation for students to get good jobs. The conversation method is adopted in the process of internship of students from Applied English program. Through conservation, we get feedbacks from students in knowledge, professional quality, professional skills, communication ability, adaptability and management, and come up with improvement measures.
