The conduct norm for children was a kind of preschool education carried out in families of feudal society. It displayed characteristics of feudalism and restrained children's personality development, but essentially it was the enlightenment of feudal ethics and rites. But we should see that there were still some proper contents from which we can learn in some traditional etiquette, like respecting the seniors, being polite to the guests and so on.
