当前大学应试教学陷入以人性的同一性逻辑为基础的思想误区,表现为三种错误状态:一是追求按先验性的预定目标“造人“的园艺化教学;二是遵循知识的消费逻辑,将知识物化、产品化,导致计量逻辑为中心的功利性教学;三是扭曲大学的服务逻辑,将学生视为考试的机器,倡导灌输模式的工具性教学。然而,大学独特、神圣的教学诉求理应表现为:培养理性、自由、道德的公民, 传播知识、发现真理, 践行独立、自由的大学精神。为此,超越应试的大学教学应恪守学术性教学机理、对话性教学伦理、知识目的和社会性教学内涵。
英语语境:
Exam-oriented teaching is based on the assumption of homogeneous humanity, aiming at molding students according to presupposed objectives. It views knowledge as a commodity and students as examination machines, favors the cramming style of teaching and calculation-based evaluation method, leading to the utilitarian orientation in university teaching and misinterpretation of the service mission of the university.Nevertheless, the unique and sacred mission of university teaching should be: cultivating rational, liberal and moral citizens, spreading knowledge and discovering the truth, and embodying the spirit of freedom and independence.To carry out its mission, university teaching must go beyond exam scores and pay more attention to academic excellence, dialogic pedagogy, knowledge as aim and the social significance of teaching materials.
