近十年来，我国教师教育正面临深刻转型，教师职前与职后教育一体化，是我国教师教育转型的特征之一。目前这一转型尚未完成，且面临诸多矛盾。教师职后继续教育是一个很复杂的系统工程，它不仅需要国家政策、法规的推动，需要由认识的提高和观念的转变而产生的自觉主动的参与，还需要教育行政部门的有效督导和广大教师的民主监督。

英语语境:

Teacher training in China has faced tremendous transformation over the past decade. And one of the features of its transformation is the integration of pre-service and in-service teacher training. The transformation has not been finished yet, and is facing a lot of problems. Teacher's in- service continuing education is a complex systematical program needing not only the powerful guarantee of the laws and regulations from the state, but also the spontaneous participation of the trainees, even the effective supervision of the educational administrative departments, and the democratic supervision of the teachers. Only when the factors in this system assort with each other can the in- service continuing education system of teachers fully exert its functions.
