做高挥棒动作时，双肩沿竖直平面运动，摆臂时，肩部下沉的过程中，目标线也更远。许多高尔夫球手做这个动作时肩部太过僵硬，无法高效率的完成这个动作。在第一次尝试做高挥棒动作时，大部分人做的结果都不尽人意。

英语语境:

An upright swing is produced by the shoulders moving more in the vertical plane which means the time the shoulders are moving down, the target line is a lot longer during the swing. Many golfers are just too stiff in the shoulders to do this effectively, and when they first try an upright swing plane on the range they find the results disappointing.

Golf in China is marked with late start and rapid growth. The relevant research concentrates on investment and club’s management, and only few address the training and teaching of golf practitioners. Against this background, the teaching methods in China are copies of those in foreign countries, which in the long term is detrimental to the development of golf in China. On the basis of a thorough analysis on the full swing of golf, this paper discusses the key technical points of full swing, with a view to providing scientific suggestions on training and teaching of golf.
