人们一般习惯于按照自身需要自由调节呼吸节奏。其实,呼吸节奏应该与步伐密切配合才行。通常开始跑的时候(第一圈)呼吸节奏是每3步一呼,3步一吸,在保持速度的时候感觉呼吸困难,就需要调整为2步一呼,2步一吸,前后需要并保持呼吸均匀和深度一致,这样跑起来才会感到轻快。许多人在慢跑时不注意呼吸的深度,所以在较长时间运动时,就会出现呼吸表浅而急促,从而产生胸部涨满难受,呼吸困难的感觉。有些人虽然注意深吸气,但往往忽视了呼气的深度。其实,当跑步时间较长时,只有适当加大呼气深度,才能最大限度地满足机体对氧气的需要。
