The postural consistency of archers is considered to be the main factor for archers to achieve outstanding performance. Previous studies showed that skilled archers displayed highly consistency in the EMG of some muscle groups between shots. The purpose of the present research is to improve the consistency of exertion of certain working muscles during the time between drawing and loosing by EMG biofeedback on the spot, so as to improve postural consistency.
