By using the methods of documentation, 3D video analysis and mathematical statistics, the study studied the technique of first 8 discus throwers in National Track and Field Championships in 2007. The rhythm of center of gravity about time, space and speed in release stage was quantitative studied. By means of Person correlation analysis, the throwing achievements of time, space and the speed of change in center of gravity were tested. Quantitative indicators on the rhythm of center of gravity by our civil outstanding female discus thrower were proposed.
