通过验证性因素分析，本文交叉验证了中国职业兴趣霍式量表，结果表现出良好的会聚效度和区分效度，但同时也显示出一些来自方法偏误的影响。我们通过多项品质方法模型和线性结构关系模型的对照，各成分间的比较检验法，分别测试了模型中特质因素、方法因素及方法偏误因素。

The Chinese Vocational interest Inventory of Holland Type was cross-validated by applying confirmitory factor analysis. The results showed that the convergent and discriminant validity was good, but also with some effects of method-bias. In this study we tested the effects of traits, methods and method-bias respectively by applying the contrast of the MTMM-LISREL Models.
