汉语语境:
系统误差又叫做规律误差。它是在一定的测量条件下，对同一个被测尺寸进行多次重复测量时，误差值的大小和符号（正值或负值）保持不变；或者在条件变化时，按一定规律变化的误差。前者称为定值系统误差，后者称为变值系统误差。
英语语境:
System error is also called the law of error. It is measured under certain conditions, for the same dimensions measuring repeated measurements, error value of the magnitude and the sign (positive or negative) remain unchanged; or when conditions change, certain rules change error. The former is called value system error, and the latter is called variable value of the system error.
